Requirements
Length & Requirements
All students must complete a minimum of 60 hours of theory and 100 hours of clinical instruction. Additionally, students must achieve a minimum score of 70% or higher in all coursework.
Financial Assistance Available
We accept payment via checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks. Payment Plans are available. The total training cost is $1650.
*Please note that the $120.00 state exam fee, payable to Credentia, is not included.*

Online Course Requirements
- Technology Hardware: You will need a Laptop, Computer, Android Tablet, iPad, or cell phone, and reliable access to internet services. A Webcam or Smartphone for Virtual Conferencing is required. The device must have a microphone and speaker capability for audio. You will need an active email address to log into Canvas and to use Microsoft Teams.
- Grade Requirements: Must pass all courses with a 70% or higher
- Training Program Fees: $1650 does not include the state exam fee of $120.00
- Training Program Length: AM Online Theory and Clinical Program 6 Weeks Long
