Caregiver
Training
As a caregiver you will have the opportunity to learn: Residents’ Rights, Preventing Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation, Controlling the Spread of Disease and Infection, Record Keeping and Documentation, Nutrition, Hydration and Food Services, Assisting in the Self-Administration of Medications, Fire, Safety and Emergency Procedures, Assisting Residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Vital Signs Medications, Oral Hygiene, Grooming & Bathing and so much more.

Basic Life Support
CPR
The Basic Life Support course teaches learners to recognize several life-threatening emergencies and to respond appropriately. Training includes instructions for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The course also covers relief of choking including interventions such as the Heimlich maneuver and back blows/chest thrusts. The BLS course curriculum includes rescue guidelines for infants, children, and adults.

Skills
Lab
Beginning with fundamental basic learning and skills training, in which students learn basic hygiene, mobility, and feeding. This lab is offering the possibility of training clinical procedures in a safe and fault-forging environment before real-life application at the bedside. The lab has a mannequin, blood pressure cuff & stethoscopes, hand washing station, bedside table, urinals, urinary catheter, bedpan, and so much more. Inquire about receiving skills competency. Nurse Assistant
Training Program
In the NATP, you will learn to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA, nursing assistant, patient care technician) is a healthcare professional who provides basic care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). CNAs perform essential tasks such as turning or repositioning patients, gathering supplies, check vital signs. CNAs also assist patients with daily living duties such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients. CNAs are the frontline workers to provide patient care and are an integral part of a healthcare facility. The Nursing Assistant Training Program is designed for those individuals who want to grow and provide exceptional care to patients.

Continuing
Education
Receive credit for continuing education for CNA, RN, and LVN courses. In-person / hands-on options are available for all disciplines. Please inquire at info@prosperitytraining.org.

Online Course
Requirements
- Technology Hardware: You will need a Laptop, Computer, Android Tablet, iPad, or cell phone, and reliable access to internet services. A Webcam or Smartphone for Virtual Conferencing is required. The device must have a microphone and speaker capability for audio. You will need an active email address to log into Canvas and to use Microsoft Teams.
- Grade Requirements: Must pass all courses with a 70% or higher
- Training Program Fees: $1650 does not include the state exam fee of $120.00
- Training Program Length: AM Online Theory and Clinical Program 6 Weeks Long
