RNA Program
A Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) is a CNA who has received additional specialized training in restorative care. RNAs help patients regain or maintain independence after illness, injury, surgery, or other health challenges.
Training includes areas such as:
- Therapeutic exercises
- Range-of-motion activities
- Mobility assistance
- Positioning and splinting
- Patient safety
- Patient education
- Restorative care techniques
This training can be valuable for CNAs working in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospitals, and other healthcare settings.
The course provides 16 CEU hours upon completion.
Who Can Enroll?
You must currently hold an active CNA certification to enroll in this program.
The course consists of two full-time training days (16 total hours). We run this course every two months, typically on Saturdays and Sundays.
Cost: $280 – Must be paid prior to the course
